DanyHeatley played in the AJHL prior to joining the WisconsinBadgers of the NCAA. Heatley played two seasons in the NCAA, and also suited up twice for Team Canada at the WJHC. Heatley started his NHL career with the AtlantaThrashers. In one of the bigger trades in recent NHL history, Heatley was traded to the OttawaSenators in exchange for MarianHossa.
