Oceanic Airways Flight 815 was traveling from Sydney to Los Angeles on September 22, 2004, when the crew lost radio contact with air traffic controllers. The ill fated plane reverses course and heads toward Fiji before breaking up and crashing on an island thousands of miles off course. Of the reported 175 people on board, 48 survived.
The band of friends, family, enemies and strangers must now work together against the cruel weather and harsh terrain if they want to stay alive. The island holds many secrets, including the intense howls of mysterious creatures stalking the jungle, which fills them all with fear. Fortunately, thanks to the calm leadership of Jack and level-headed Kate, they have hope. But even heroes have secrets as the survivors will come to learn...
