Alternate Universe ©1995 Black Bordered Set AU 122 Card Set sold in 15 card packs. This expansion added the Alternate Universe mechanic, allowing players to bring characters from Alternate Universes into regular game play. This set also introduced the concept of Ultra Rare (UR) into the game with the Alternate Universe. These were distributed in two versions through Toy and Hobby shops. The two boxed sets were Klingon and Federation themed. Set one was a Blue Box Federation Theme and contained 3 new Black Bordered Federation personnel. Set one was a Red Box Klingon Theme and contained 3 new Black Bordered Klingon personnel. Each set also included 3 premium cards (a black-bordered Admiral McCoy and Data Laughing and a white-bordered Spock) and 11 new white-bordered mission cards.

Packaged in a collectors box, each set included two white border Premiere 60-card starter sets, two 15-card packs of white border Premiere, two 15-card packs each of Alternate Universe and Q-Continuum and a Warp Pack. Also included were 6 new white bordered preview cards.

This 130 card set was distributed in nine card expansion packs. Containing cards base on the movie Star Trek: First Contact, this set was the first to fully bring a new, fully functioning Affiliation to the game with the debut of The Borg. This set also enhanced the personnel battle function in the game. It also introduced Objectives and the 30/30 deck rule and Time Travel. This was also the first set to include a small icon on the right side of the card to identify the set.

This 18 card Super Premium set were created to enhance the play of every other card created to date. Each collectors set came in a Collectors Binder with a certificate of authenticity, a Fajo Collection rules sheet, a poster of all current ST:CCG cards, and a $50 rebate towards and uncut sheet of White Bordered Premiere cards. This was limited to 40,000 copies.

The Official Tournament Sealed Deck or OTSD for short was distributed as a boutique product. It came in one of six collectible boxes. The designs were Bajoran, Borg, Cardassian, Federation, Klingon, and Romulan. Each set contained the same fixed deck of twenty new black border cards. Also included were four White Bordered Premiere expansion packs and one Alternate Universe expansion pack. These were designed so that you could open one and play a game right out of the box.

This 276 card set introduced the Deep Space 9 properties to the ST:CCG. Also included randomly in packs was a White Bordered Preview card of the U.S.S. Defiant from the future Dominion Expansion. This set was distributed in sixty card starter decks and nine card expansion packs. New game play concepts included The Bajoran Wormhole, The Gamma Quadrant, and fully functioning Cardassian and Bajoran affiliations.

Distributed in 68 card decks each box contained 60 random cards from the original premiere card set. It also contained 8 fixed Black Bordered cards and a revised rule book.

Enhanced First Contact was distributed in four different packages. Each different package contained three new premium cards and one overlay. Also included were four packs of First Contact.

The fifth full expansion for the ST:CCG, The Dominion was a 130 card set. It was distributed in 9 card booster packs. Also included were four white bordered preview cards from future expansions. This is the first set to fully incorporate the Gamma Quadrant and the Dominion Affiliation.

The sixth full expansion for ST:CCG. This 130 card set brought the new Battle Bridge Side Deck to the game and expanded the battling mechanic. Also for the first time in ST:CCG history, 18 foil parallel cards were randomly distributed in the nine card booster packs.

The seventh full expansion for ST:CCG. Rules of Acquisition was a 130 card set distributed in 9 card booster packs. This set makes the Ferengi Affiliation fully functional in the game.

This 141 card set was the eighth full expansion for the ST:CCG. It was distributed in two different sixty card expansion sets, one Klingon and one Federation. Also distributed in 11 card booster packs. This set also re-introduced the Ultra Rare card (Dr. McCoy) randomly inserted into packs. This was a concept not seen since the Alternate Universe Set. It also developed three new major deck themes into the game: a time travel/kill Kirk storyline, a fully functional Original Series crew, and the Tribble theme.
The Tribbles cards also introduced can be used as a fun stand alone game. Each Tribble card has a special Icon that has meaning only to the Tribbles stand alone game.

Reflections was sold in 18 card packs. Each pack contained 17 randomly assorted cards from sets ranging from Premiere to Reflections. The 18th card was a foil version of a classic ST:CCG Rare. Reflection also introduced box and case topper cards. There was one case topper card and 4 different box topper cards.
Enhanced Premiere ©2000 Set: EP
Enhanced Premiere was another boutique product introduced by Decipher for ST:CCG. Distribute in individual boxes, each box included were dual personnel, missions, and dilemmas. A total of 21 new premium cards were included in this product.

The ninth full expansion for ST:CCG is the 131 card, Mirror, Mirror Set. This set was distributed in 11 card booster packs. The set continued the one Ultra-Rare per set trend with the First Officer Spock card. As suggested by the name the MM set introduced the Mirror universe personae of The Original Series and Deep Space 9.
Voyager © Black Bordered Set:VOY
The tenth expansion for the ST:CCG introduces the Crew of the Intrepid Class U.S.S. Voyager and their entry to the Delta Quadrant. This 201 card set was distributed in forty card random starter decks and 11 Card booster packs. It also introduces the Kazon and Vidiian affiliation. Also for the first time many dual-affiliation cards were introduced in two different color variations highlighting the different affiliation. This set is also playable as a Voyager only stand alone environment play.
