Buoyed by the strongest rookie class in some time (due to the presence of SidneyCrosby and AlexanderOvechkin), the autographed patch rookies in The Cup were the highest end cards of these rookies offered this season.

There were also many memorabilia and autographed memorabilia inserts in The Cup that caught people's attention. One of the most eye appealing subsets was the 'Property Of' set, which featured a full nameplate from the player's game used stick.
